I founded Le Sofa Sexologique, a private practice where my team of sexologists and I help people overcome their most intimate challenges.

After working with so many couples, I created The Sexology Deck, a couples game sold in the US, Canada, and the UK. I’ve been a featured speaker on radio, TV, podcasts, and in magazines and newspapers, as well as a lecturer and trainer for the federal government and universities. I hold specialized training in sexology from the University of Québec in Montréal and executive coaching from Harvard.

Beyond my work in sexology, I am the daughter of Cambodian refugees, a former Canadian military member with 5 years of service, and a globetrotter who has lived in France and Italy, and explored solo over 30 countries—all of which has given me the ability to connect deeply with people from all walks of life, including those from the left and the right, the wealthy and the struggling, academics and laborers, criminals and intellectuals, and individuals from vastly different cultures and backgrounds. Because of my exposure to such a broad spectrum of realities, I’ve grown to be a passionate lover of life, deeply grateful for every day I have on this earth. This journey has clarified my mission: to inspire others to live unapologetically. Emotional courage and radical authenticity are at the heart of everything I stand for.
